Here is a workout you will feel for days to come. 
In this class no punches are pulled (pardon the pun). 
All kinds of exercise are performed resembling fighting techniques and drills. 
Here you will be encouraged to release any stress while shedding off weight 
and gain strength. Work at your own pace for the first few weeks then prepare 
to be pushed to the next level. These classes are taught in the earlier part of the
day because of studies reporting that fat lost is more likely in the morning than the 
evening. More classes at an earlier time other than what is shown on the schedule 
may come to effect upon requests. 
The class also sets goals like a martial arts school. Instead of belts
students work to achieve ranked T-shirts. each shirt of a different color shows 
the student has achieved a certain goal. Those goals are anywhere from lower body 
fat, gaining strength, increased energy, and the time that was put into the class. 
Weight training learning about supplements and nutrition is also a big part 
of the program.
